Amended & Restated CC&Rs -- Ratified and Filed 6/13/06 The lawsuit that has been
"hanging over" our neighborhood has been settled.
The Board will have a statement to the neighborhood
about the lawsuit settlement and the status of our Homeowners Association.
In a word, we are still a Mandatory Association and the filed amended and
restated CC&Rs are approved and apply to our neighborhood.
