The Treasurer of the Brook Meadows Homeowners Association is responsible for the financial books of the Association.  It is the Treasurers job to keep the Board of Directors and the membership updated as to the financial condition of the organization. The "Books" are open to any Association Member.  Please contact the Treasurer to review the accounting, documentation, or records of the Association. The Treasurer will be happy to forward the electronic file for your review.
